Anchorage Museum Field Trip - Space & Place
Learn about our place in the universe with a STEM-based Planetarium experience and hands-on activity. Investigate our place in the world by examining primary source materials and discovering the stories these sources tell about Alaska’s history.
- $6 per student & adult (Students 5 yrs & up who will be participating in group activity)
- Membership benefits do not apply to facilitated school-group programs.
- Must pre-pay. Can pay with a credit card on the website, or arrange for CASH payment by emailing - [email protected]
- Payment is non-refundable
- Students will be split into age groups for grade level appropriate presentations and projects led by a museum teacher.
- Each group will see a Planetarium Show and participate in a teacher led exploration activity
- Sign up closes on Thursday, January 30th at 10:00pm. Must sign up and have payment completed by Jan. 30th.
- Parents must stay at the event with their children.
- You will have access to explore the museum on your own after the guided tour if you wish to stay

Can younger siblings come?
Yes. Students 4 and under who are not participating in the group activity are FREE. Parents must supervise younger siblings at all times.
