Spring Service Project - Clare House

Eagle River Homeschool will be collecting donations to the Clare House this semester.  Each week please bring a donation and at the end of the semester, we will gather together to assemble totes.  The totes are starter kits for the families to use during their time at the shelter and they can take the items with them when they leave.

• Clare House is a 24-hour emergency shelter in Anchorage open to women with children and expectant mothers over the age of 18. Families at the shelter receive daily meals and moms receive referrals for childcare, substance abuse/mental health, affordable permanent housing, employment, and continuing educational opportunities. 
• Donations should be new or gently used. These items will not only support those in need but also empower them. 
• Drop off donations in the foyer of Skyline and UMCC
• You can also donate cash if you would like and ERH board members will purchase the supplies needed
